Water is pouring over a bridge in Głuchołazy in Nysa County. 1 individual drowned in Kłodzko County; 1.6 1000 people were evacuated. Residents of Stronie Śląskie and Lądek Zdrój were cut off by the water. Prime Minister Donald Tusk appealed to residents not to refuse evacuation.
