The head of the President's Chancellery, Zbigniew Bogucki: "The oath of these 4 judges did not take place"

The head of the Chancellery of president Karol Nawrocki referred to the ceremony with the participation of judges of the Constitutional Tribunal. In his opinion, notarial oaths taken at the KPRP filing office could just as well say that individual considers himself to be the Roman emperor.
