"There is simply a chance and I would like to present a programme to build Europe's strongest army by 2030. This program assumes immediate acceptance of the SAFE Act. SAFE is ready, has a buying list written by the military, is after discussions in parliament, only the President's decision is required. Money from this programme in the second half of March – the first 15 percent of 44 billion euro goes to Poland." He recalled that by the end of May, purchasing agreements must be signed in its own manufacture – not in joint projects with another associate States.
