The head of the Ministry of Defence: a debt from the National Bank of Poland may be a complement to SAFE, not an alternative

"There is an chance and I would like to present a program to build the strongest army in Europe by 2030. This program assumes the immediate approval of the SAFE Program Act. SAFE is ready, it has a buying list written by the military, it is after the discussion in parliament, only the president's decision is required. Money from this program in the second half of March – the first 15 percent of the 44 billion euros goes to Polish." He reminded that by the end of May, contracts for purchases in their own manufacture must be signed – not as part of joint projects with another associate states.
