The decision will be made by the Minister of Finance resolving the dispute over the rules for the payment of the nursing benefit. Sopot granted nursing benefits to disabled people following the guidelines of the Constitutional Tribunal of 2014. In 2018, the Pomeranian Voivode decided that this could not be done and ordered the city to return almost PLN 2.5 million (the return of the subsidy for the nursing benefit unjustly paid to the disabled, according to the Voivode).
