To break the matrimony knot, it is no longer essential to walk in courts. According to the fresh proposal, it is adequate to visit the civilian State Office. 2 signatures, and just a minute ago the spouses will become singles again.
The deregulation squad of Rafał Brzoski was not able to do much with our tightly built state regulations, but 1 can stay permanent after it – easier divorces. Just after May, Donald Tusk's government is to simplify the civilian matrimony resolution procedure. It should be much easier – alternatively of court hearings (if the divorced spouses agree on the distribution of property, childcare and another matters) 1 visit to the civilian State Office is enough. However, as “Fact” analysed, not all marriages will be able to take advantage of the accelerated way of divorce.

The government proposes to introduce "out-of-court divorce" into the rules. The procedure is to be carried out by the Head of the civilian State Office, who will verify the conditions and update the register. However, the Ministry of Justice does not want specified an "official divorce" to be granted all marriage.
Marriage in USC can be terminated by couples who meet the following conditions: First of all, they cannot have minors. They must besides agree that they want a divorce and declare a permanent and complete dissolution of their marital life. In addition, a fast divorce can take couples who have a formal relation of at least a year.
In the case of Polish citizens who live abroad, a fast divorce would besides be possible at a diplomatic facility.
