The government adopted a draft amendment to the Pharmaceutical Law. What does this mean for pharmacists and patients?

The Council of Ministers adopted a draft amendment of the Act, adapting Polish provisions to the judgement of the Court of Justice of the European Union. This means the end of the full ban on advertising for pharmacies and pharmacy points, but the advertising message cannot usage the image of people under 18 or offer benefits in return for the acquisition of products.
