Polish Minister for European Affairs Ignacy Niemczycki does not fly to Cyprus on Monday for a gathering of EU ministers for European affairs. Following the drone attack on the British base in Akrotiri, Cyprus, the Cypriot Presidency cancelled the gathering of EU ministers.
