Although 50 years have passed since the first step of man on the Moon, we have not forgotten this natural satellite Earth. Since then, there have been many missions, mostly unmanned ones, that have taught us a lot about the Moon and paved the way for man's return to the Silver Globe. ESA investigation scientist James Carpenter presents an overview of these missions and future exploration plans.
