On Wednesday, the Russian Ministry of abroad Affairs stated that, after the expiry of the fresh START agreement with the US, Russia is no longer bound by its atomic arms obligations. According to Reuters, however, the MFA pointed out that Moscow is inactive declaring its readiness for diplomatic talks.
