Sylvia Gregorczyk-Abram This lawyer and a human rights defender. She is co-founder of the initiative Free Courts, the Justice Defence Committee and a associate of the board of directors of the Association.

RPO for the protection of human rights and of the citizen
Under the RPO Act, Advocatecan be a Polish citizen who stands out with legal knowledge, experience professional and advanced authority due to its value moral and social sensitivity.
According to the RPO Act, it upholds the freedoms and human rights and citizens as defined in the Constitution of the Republic of Poland and another normative acts, including safeguarding the implementation of the rule of equal treatment.
In matters relating to the protection of freedom and human rights and the citizen of the RPO, it shall examine whether there has been no violation of the law as well as the principles of coexistence and social justice as a consequence of the action or omission of the bodies, organisations and institutions required to respect and enforce those freedoms and rights.
