The French are expanding the scope of modernization of the Leclerc tanks

The DGA (French: Direction générale de l'armement), i.e. the General Directorate of Armaments, which is liable for the procurement of armaments for the armed forces of the French Republic, has announced the extension of the modernization program of the Leclerc tanks to the Leclerc XLR standard.
