More and more complaints concern the practices of the Polish Post Office, especially as regards the transportation of registered letters. alternatively of trying to deliver the parcel straight to the recipients, the service providers increasingly leave the avisa immediately – or worse, do not leave them at all. The RPO intervenes in the Office of Electronic Communications.
