The Flying Brigade of the Opposition tried to prosecute the police for force from the PiS era. Why did the court dismiss the case?

An activist from the Opposition Flying Brigade sued 12 commanders of the capital's police for attacks on pickets. At first, the court did not want to accept the case, then it keyed, and yet dismissed it. The prosecutor's office, as it dropped cases against the police, continues to do so.
