Chinese leader Xi Jinping has dismissed the vice head of the Central Military Commission, General He Weidong, the second-ranking commander of the Chinese military, the Financial Times reported on Friday. The decision was made as part of an anti-corruption campaign, the regular said. It was the first dismissal of a general in that position in nearly six decades.
