After lowering the rates, loans should be cheaper. For the time being, however, banks are inactive reluctant to give them to companies from all sectors that are considered to be at increased risk. Consequently, Polish entrepreneurs are more hard to compete with, for example, German companies that have easier and cheaper access to money.
