If the information work is not met, the bank (or the lender) may be deprived of the right to interest. This may be the case even if the individual weight of the infringement and its consequences for the consumer vary depending on the case - this is the crux of the Thursday judgement of the Court of Justice of the EU in the first Polish case concerning “free” credit.
