In the event of failure to comply with the information obligation, the bank (or lender) may be deprived of the right to interest. This may be the case even if the individual gravity of the breach of this work and its consequences for the consumer vary depending on the case - this is the essence of Thursday's judgement of the Court of Justice of the EU in the first Polish case concerning "free" credit.
