Third Sector Organisations cannot be overlooked and marginalised, and the distribution of public funds cannot take place by organization key, as has been the case so far. We will make a strategy of equitable distribution of public funds, in which the only criterion will be the substantive values of the projects proposed by NGOs and not the views of their members. NGOs will be a partner in the consultation process erstwhile creating law. The Coalition will remember abroad countrymen who have expressed their patriotism so numerously in fresh elections. We will improvement the election law so that no 1 else has to fear that his vote will be counted.
Part II. Settlement of the Governments of the United Right
The lawlessness which we have all witnessed during the regulation of our predecessors must be named and settled. Without settlement of pathologies and crimes of erstwhile power there is no and there will be no just and law-abiding Poland. The constitutional rule that any action by the public authorities must be within the limits of the law and based on it will be the foundation of both the settlement process and the activities of the coalition government.
The coalition agreement is the consequence of many months of cooperation with the non-governmental sector.
