The first Local Government Forum in Zakopane confirmed the request for dialog between local government officials

In a short time, the Forum gained 62 business, organization and media partners. The event was organized by the Institute of east Studies Foundation, its main partner was the Marshal's Office of the Małopolska Voivodeship, and the host city was Zakopane. The unexpectedly advanced turnout at the Local Government Forum proved that local governments are not only the foundation, but besides the key driver of improvement in the era of global challenges.
