Here's the chairman.Committee on the examination of Russian and Belarusian influences, and at the same time the Head of Military Counterintelligence Service General Jarosław Sróżyk at a convening press conference announced the preliminary result of the investigation. Amongst the various conjectures and charges, General Guardian presented hard, even crucial evidence that the governments of the United Right were under abroad influence and acted for Russia, and thus to the detriment of the Polish state. This crowning evidence was the signing of a cooperation agreement by the Polish government with BGR Groups.
BGR Group, formerly known as Barbour, Griffith & Rogers is an American lobbyist company. The problem is that BGR Group actually cared for the global interests of 1 of the Russian banks, as well as the Gazprom subsidiaries, while lobbying for the construction of the Nord Stream gas pipeline. The Polish government signed an agreement with BGR Group of over $200,000 to lobby in the American legislature for Polish interests. In fact, this company was lobbying for Russian interests for Polish money. The conclusion of the examination of the committee presented by General Stróżyk is absolutely correct – the Polish government has taken action to harm the Polish state, which has the signs of betrayal.
However, only a fewer hours after this crucial conference, journalists from various editorial offices revealed that this agreement with BGR Groups on heavy armed issues was signed in May 2008, so it was signed by the government of Donald Tusk with the then Minister of National Defence Bogdan Klich. It should be noted that this information has been published by media on both sides of the political scene, not only portals Independent or inPolitics, but besides managed by German capital Onet. Onet portal even provided a link to the U.S. Department of Justice website, from where you can download the full content of this agreement. The contract, which, as can be seen from the following scan, is signed by Robert Kupyecki:

Robert Kupiecki was the Ambassador of Poland to Washington in 2008. He was then Deputy Minister of National Defence in the PO-PSL government from 2012 to 2015, and is now Deputy Minister of abroad Affairs, Deputy Radosław Sikorski in the Donald Tusk government.
Ultimately, cooperation with BGR Groups was broken up by the Government of the United Right, erstwhile the Minister of National Defence was Mariusz Błaszczak. This information was available, easy to verify. It is not possible that General Guardian, erstwhile announcing these "sensations" publicly, does not know who signed a cooperation agreement with a Russian-based American company. Cynically, he lied, knowing that the lie announced in prime-time has more influence than frequently niche corrections and explanations. But the most crucial thing is that the Guardian and his superiors with Tuski at the head are well aware that the agreement with BGR Groups was an action to the detriment of Poland and had the signs of betrayal. And this is the first good news since the constitution of the current government.
This is good news due to the fact that it proves that Tusk and his subordinates are not naive people, unaware of threats, unaware of the meanders of global politics and unaware of the sophisticated games of various peculiar services. By announcing publically that signing a contract with BGR Groups is simply a conclusive proof of Russian influence in Poland, they admitted that their actions were full aware that they were not acting in good religion or in a state of insanity, insanity or another clear darkness. And erstwhile they stand before the Court of First Instance, they will not be able to cover themselves with Article 31 of the Criminal Code, which defines the conditions for criminal liability as follows:
§ 1.
He does not commit a crime, who, due to intellectual illness, intellectual impairment or any another intellectual disorder, could not admit his meaning or direct his actions during the act.
Paragraph 2.
If, at the time of the offence, the ability to ascertain the meaning of the act or to conduct the proceedings was importantly limited, the court may apply an exceptional leniency.
They can be judged and punished. That's the first good news in months.
Mr Bogdan
