The first "fancy" PPA in service

On October 2nd, the Fincantieri shipyard in Muggiano, La Spezia, hosted a flag-raising ceremony on board the multi-purpose vessel Giovanni delle Bande Nere (P 433) of the Thaon di Revel type, built for the Italian Navy (Marina Militare).
