Finns closer to strategical cooperation with the US. What will change?

According to reports from the Finnish media, the United States and Finland are presently in the final phase of the negotiations for a defence agreement, where the final decision can be taken as early as next week. Indeed, the Ministry of Defence there explained that "the last circular of negotiations (fifth) on the fresh Defence Cooperation Agreement (DCA) between Finland and the United States took place in Helsinki on 30-31 October.
