The Finns are closer to strategical cooperation with the United States. What will change?

According to Finnish media reports, the United States and Finland are presently in the final stages of negotiations on a defence agreement, where a final decision could be made as early as next week. And indeed, the Ministry of defence clarified that “the last circular of negotiations (the fifth) on the fresh defence Cooperation Agreement (DCA) between Finland and the United States took place in Helsinki on October 30-31.
