The F/A-18 era of "Top Gun" approaches the end

Boeing announced that its celebrated multitasking aircraft F/A-18E/F Super Hornet will cease to be produced at the end of 2025 after transportation of the last device for the U. S. Navy. The company wants to focus on the production of aircraft for advanced training T-7A Red Hawk and unmanned tanker MQ-25A Stingray and F-15EX Eagle II.
