"The blade of the Inspectorate is aimed at criminals behind bars, not at officers" – says Michał Woś, State Secretary at the Ministry of Justice. However, he adds that "the exclusion of black sheep – which unfortunately, as in police or another formations, happens – is in the interests of decent SW officers, who are doing their duties honestly.".
