From 2026, owners of Ukrainian and Moldovan telephone numbers will be able to usage telecommunications services in the European Union at no additional cost. The European Commission said on Sunday that the inclusion of Ukraine and Moldova in EU roaming brings these countries closer to membership in the European Union.
