The European Parliament is outraged by the proposal for a fresh EU budget. "EC does not perceive to citizens' voices"

In the proposal for a fresh budget for the period 2028-2035, the European Commission did not take into account the crucial demands of the EP. "The EC wants to turn the EU budget into an ATM for associate States", said rapporteur Siegfried Mureșan from Romania.
