The European Parliament has decided on the immunity of Wąsik and Kamiński

The European Parliament has waived the immunity of erstwhile ministers, and now the Euro MPs of PiS, Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik. Now the prosecution will be able to charge them, and it is about their participation in the sittings and voting of the Sejm after they have been sentenced to 2 years in prison and 5 years out of public office.
