The European Commission is taking Poland to the European Court of Justice over the “constitution of the internet”

Poland, alongside the Czech Republic, Cyprus, Spain and Portugal, is among 5 countries referred to the Court of Justice of the EU by the European Commission for failure to implement the Digital Services Act.
