On Wednesday, the European Commission informed the EU Court of Justice of its complaint to Poland and 4 another EU countries for not implementing the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). "Poland has not appointed a coordinator for digital services and has not given him the power to carry out tasks resulting from the digital service act" - we read in the release.
