The European Commission announced on Wednesday that it has filed a complaint with the European Court of Justice against Poland and 4 another EU countries for failing to implement the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). "Poland has not appointed a Digital Services Coordinator and has not given him the authority to execute the tasks arising from the Digital Services Act," the message reads.
