EU governments will adopt rules to block Russia's frozen assets until it ends the war on Ukraine and pays off its reparations. So far, the freezing of Russian assets has been extended all six months and this decision could be torpedoed by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, known for supporting Russia.
