EU governments will pass government to block Russia's frozen assets until it ends its war with Ukraine and pays reparations. Until now, Russia's asset frost has been extended all six months and specified a decision could be torpedoed by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, known for his support of Russia.
