The EU will give EUR 1.5 billion for arms investments. Divided appropriations

The European Commission approved the work programme and the allocation of EUR 1.5 billion for the improvement of the European arms manufacture provided for in the European Defence manufacture Programme (EDIP). The measures are intended to increase production capacity, introduce fresh technologies and guarantee technological resilience.
