[The European Union, which has late announced its defence manufacture strategy](https://defence24.pl/industry/European-strategy-industry-defence), is presently examining measures to guarantee the arms manufacture has precedence access to critical materials during crises. To this end, Charles Michel invited representatives of the main representatives of the European arms market, but besides Deputy Secretary-General for Peace, safety and Defence of the European abroad service agency Charles Friedes and another representatives of the European Union. Poland was represented at this gathering by Przemysław Kowalczuk, PIT-Radwar president and associate of the Mesko board.
