The EU is utilizing Russia's money. €1.4 billion for Ukraine

The EU will supply €1.4 billion from frozen Russian assets to support Ukraine, the European Commission announced. The money comes from windfall interest gains on cash balances from frozen assets of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
