The European Union has adopted its 21st package of sanctions against Russia. This time, Brussels is targeting not only individual companies but full production chains for the Harpia drones and the Rassviet system. The fresh regulations will besides let for the confiscation and sale of cargo from Russia’s “shadow fleet.”
