The End of Disarmament in Europe? Movement of the Polish Sejm

One of the most crucial disarmament treaties, in force in Europe since the end of the Cold War, ceases to apply as a consequence of its denunciation by Russia. This will have consequences for the anticipation of expanding the Polish Army with fresh units equipped, for example, with combat helicopters. First, however, the applicable motion must be made by the Sejm. Does this mean the end of the disarmament treaties in force in the Old Continent?
