Among nipponese adults, there are many fans of nipponese animated series (anime), comic books (manga) and another pop culture creations. In fresh years, more and more parents have begun to give their children names specified as Elsa, Kitty and even Naruto or Pikachu. Until now, this practice was legal, but the nipponese government has just taken concrete steps to curb it.
