"The State has a work to remove any obstacles preventing them from ruling. Got it?", said Prime Minister Donald Tusk on platform X. He thus referred to the judgement of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), which ordered the Polish authorities to let fresh judges of the Constitutional Court to rule.
