The Dutch Orca is getting closer. Poland Orka is getting farther

The Netherlands Ministry of Defence sent a request for quotation for 3 types of submarines that had been proposed earlier for the Netherlands Navy. 3 European shipbuilding companies are to submit their price offers, precisely the same as they want to take part in the “Orka” program for the Polish Navy.
