A dilemma after the Venezuela earthquake. Humanitarian aid can legitimise the regime

The earthquake destroyed not only buildings in Venezuela but besides jobs, local businesses, as well as full logistics chains on which people's everyday lives were based. Without fast support, any residents may have no alternate but migration. Alongside the economy, the component destroyed something that will not be included in the failure report: belief in a better future.
