The dilemma after the earthquake in Venezuela. Humanitarian aid can legitimize the regime

The earthquake destroyed not only buildings in Venezuela, but besides jobs, local businesses, as well as full logistics chains on which people's everyday lives were based. Without fast support, any residents may have no choice but to migrate. In addition to the economy, the natural disaster destroyed something that will not be included in the failure report: religion in a better future.
