My II shelf In the beginning of last year the book by Stanisław Srokowski “Before They Burned Alive” was published about the crime in Huta Pieniacka, where on 28 February 1944. Ukrainians murdered almost all the population of this town located in Brody County, Tarnopolskie Voivodeship, inhabited almost exclusively by Poles.
