The president of the ultimate Court, Zbigniew Kapiński, referred to the letter of the Chief Commander of the Police, Gen. Insp. Marek Boroń, in which the head of the formation assured the officers that the actions taken under the Constitutional Tribunal were in accordance with the law. "I think that General Boroń is realizing that there were no specified grounds and now he is defending his decision, which in my opinion was illegal," Kapiński said on Radio Zet.
