The deadline passed 4 years ago. Brussels has called on Poland and Hungary

The European Commission (EC) has one more time called on Hungary and Poland to full implement EU rules on the interior electricity market, a deadline that expired in 2021. Both countries could be taken to the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) if they neglect to remedy the shortcomings.
