Hołownia accused Mentzen of lying erstwhile his rival stated that the marshal invited immigrants to the Sejm who got into Poland “in an unregulated way”. The court acknowledged the right 3rd Way politician, ordering Mentzen to correct his words. The Confederate candidate disagreed with the verdict by publishing a image of Holowna with immigrants and a screenshot of the entry of the Survivor Foundation, which states that 1 of the women in the photograph had previously been in the forests in Belarus.
The court examined Simon Holown's complaint in electoral procedure against Sławomir Mentzen. The Confederate candidate was found to have lied, claiming that the talker of the Sejm invited illegal immigrants to the Polish parliament.
According to the judgment, Mentzen has 48 hours after the judgement to issue the following correction:
"The typical of the electoral committee of the candidate for president of the Republic of Poland Sławomir Jerzy Mentzen and Mr Sławomir Jerzy Mentzen declare that Mr Sławomir Jerzy Mentzen, acting as part of the electoral campaign, distributed false information that Simon Holovnia invited illegal immigrants from the border with Belarus to the Sejm, made sweets with them and threw them on the Internet".

Mentzen comments on the court's ruling on him. He attached a photograph of Holowna with a migrant from the Polish-Belarusian border
The suspect besides referred to the judgment. "The court concluded that Holownia did not invitation illegal immigrants to the Sejm and did not post pictures with them:D" wrote Mentzen on X, adding a photograph of the entry of the Survivor Foundation, on which Lysette, a migrant from the Polish-Belarusian border, is to be present.
