On Wednesday, the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw overturned the decision of the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) to refuse to grant a broadcasting licence to the Polska24 channel, which lost the competition for places on the MUX-8 digital terrestrial tv to Republika and wPolsce24, reports the Wirtualnemedia.pl portal.
