The court dismissed the decision of Swirski. It's a punishment for the TVP liquidator

The Warsaw territory court repealed the decision of KRRiT president Maciej Świrski to impose a punishment of PLN 145 1000 on the liquidator of Polish tv Daniel Gorgosz - TVP informed. The court found the decision made by Świrski to be "failing".
