The court overturned Świrski's decision. It concerns the punishment for the liquidator of TVP

The Warsaw territory Court has overturned the decision of the president of the National Broadcasting Council, Maciej Świrski, to impose a fine of PLN 145,000 on the liquidator of Telewizja Polska, Daniel Gorgosz, TVP reported. The court found the decision issued by Świrski to be "defective".
