Although most of them were considered legitimate, the court found that they did not affect the outcome.
Judge Adam Redzik stated that legitimate protests afraid "an irregularity in the transfer of decently counted votes to the minutes by assigning votes to 1 candidate to another candidate".
He besides pointed out that the incorrect allocation of votes afraid Election Commission No. 4 in Brest Kujawski, No. 17 in Gdańsk, No. 25 in Grudziądz, No. 95 in Krakow, No. 13 in Minsk Mazowiecki, No. 9 in Strzelce Opolskie, No. 35 in Tychy and No. 3 in Oleśno.
– In point three, that the allegation of a protest on the irregularities in the number of votes by the Circuit Election Commission No 53 in Katowice due to errors in the number of votes against both candidates is justified, but the infringement found did not affect the result of the elections – said Redzik.

At the same time, the justice revealed whether these mistakes affected the result of the election. – Was it a mistake, or was it a deliberate act? This is already a substance of non-election proceedings that the ultimate Court is carrying out, but of the prosecution's conduct – he added.
