PiS MP Marcin Romanowski reported on Thursday that he had only received the text of the motion to lift his immunity as a associate of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe at night, along with information about its lifting. He assessed that his right to defence had been violated, as he was not acquainted with the charges and had not had time to prepare a position.
