The TEU behaved insolently today. Nameing the judgments of the Polish Constitutional Court “reel” is an open interference in the sovereignty of Poland.
Will Poles yet realize that the EU is not a good aunt giving out candy, but another incarnation of the German Reich, which turns Poland into the General Gubernia?
Article 8 – "Constitution is the highest law of the Republic of Poland"
To make matters worse, the Tusk Government changed the position presented by the erstwhile government in 2024 and shares the European Commission's allegations against Poland (!). This is an incredible scandal, as it turns out that political authorities are present in the European Union against their constitutional judicial authority: "The Republic of Poland has full recognised the failure of the Commission to fulfil its obligations under the Treaties"
Unfortunately, there were politicians in our past who put their own interests above business!
