Confiscation of private property in the United States is pure theft

The property owner never should be arrested or convicted of a crime in order for his money, cars and even property to be permanently taken by the state. The State does not gotta charge the owner of the confiscated property with any circumstantial crime to take over its ownership, but has to show the rightfulness of the evidence gathered that the property is legally forfeited. After taking possession, the burden of proof shall be transferred to the owner who must prove that the property has not been used, nor has it been obtained as a consequence of a crime or illegal activity. civilian Forfeiture was created to fight organised crime, trafficking and drug trafficking.

According to the Department of Justice, there are 3 main reasons for civilian property forfeiture law:

No individual Shall be held to presume for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentation or indication of a Grand Jury, but in cases arriving in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, erstwhile in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor Shall any individual be subject for the same absence to be 2 put in jeeps of life or limb; no Shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness towards himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor Shall private property be completed for public use, without just compensation.

Amendment V

No 1 will be held liable for a major crime or another shameful crime without a advice or arraignment by the Grand Jury; this provision does not apply to military, naval or militia members who are active in the war or public threat. Nor should the same individual be judged or subjected to the death punishment or corporal punishment twice for the same crime; nor should the suspect in a criminal case be required to attest against himself, nor to deprive him of life, liberty or property another than in the way of making good the essential requirements of justice. Nor can private property be taken over for public usage without fair compensation.

The eighth amendment to the Constitution reads:

Eighth Amen
Excessive bail Shall not be required, nor exclusive fines impposed, nor Cruel and different punishments inflated.

AMENDMENT VIII

No excessive bail or excessive fines or cruel or fancy penalties may be imposed.
