RPO does not want to be part of the AI improvement and safety Committee

[At the end of November this year we wrote](https://cyberdefence24.pl/politics-i-law/act-in-the-artificial-intelligence-critic-proposal-control-market) that the public consultation of the Act on Artificial Intelligence (AI Act) has ended. In Poland, these regulations are to implement the bill on artificial intelligence systems. The issue of the powers of the AI improvement and safety Committee, which, as proposed, is to monitor the national AI marketplace for example, has been met with critical remarks.
