Due to suspicions of irregularities in the number of votes in this year's presidential elections in respective cities, recalculation of votes is ongoing. By decision of the ultimate Court, among others, the Circuit Electoral Commission No 25 in Grudziądz (Kujawsko-pomorskie province) is checked.
Another miscounted vote – this time in Grudziądz
– The votes were counted correctly, the committee misrecorded the results. The voices of Karol Nawrocki were recorded by Rafał Trzaskowski and vice-president of the Grudziądz territory Court, Andrzej Antkiewicz, said in an interview with Radio Eska.
According to the correction, Rafał Trzaskowski won 504 votes and Karol Nawrocki 324.
Meanwhile, on Wednesday, the Bielsko-Biała territory Court detected serious irregularities during the examination of ballot cards from 2 electoral committees. In 1 case, votes were exchanged between candidates, in the another – 160 votes for Rafał Trzaskowski were attributed to Karol Nawrock.
"The territory Court in Bielsko-Biała revealed irregularities after reviewing ballot cards from 2 Circuit Election Commissions. This raises serious doubts as to the reliability of the Commission's work. He besides points to the anticipation of committing a crime" - said Minister of Justice Adam Bodnar on Wednesday.
Let us remind you that on Thursday on the programme " Period over i" on TVN24, Minister Bodnar did not regulation out recalculation of election votes, but pointed out that decisions on this substance would only be made after the prosecutors analysed the protests. He stressed that 25 prosecutors are presently working on responses to the protests sent by the Extraordinary Control Chamber.
